Διαβάζοντας το αποτελούμενο από 127 σελίδες κείμενο της Commission: The Second Economic Adjustment Programme for Greece – First Review, November 2012", βλέπω να υπάρχει μόνο μια παράγραφος για το εκπαιδευτικό σύστημα. (Μάλιστα, οι αλλαγές που αναφέρει είχαν γίνει επί κυβερνήσεως Παπανδρέου).
3.3.8. Upgrading the education systems
66. The education sector is undergoing limited but progressive changes. While this is a complex sector, three reform areas are on-going:
(1) a concrete and defined Action Plan provides guidelines for the improvement of education indicators (lagging today behind the EU average);
(2) Laws 4009/2011 and 4076/2012 on higher education are securing changes such as the
introduction of governing boards (which may include non-academic managers), the financial autonomy and responsibility of universities, mergers of institutions, and the internationalisation of curricula.
(3) On primary and secondary education, a concrete evaluation policy of schools and teachers has been launched, including a schools' self-assessment project (reported on a quarterly basis), implying the revision of curricula, the introduction of teachers' evaluation, recurrent training of teachers, upgrading and extension of all-day schools. The reform includes the closure and merger of establishments with some 2,000 small schools already closed.
